in 1919, this Waterloo Boy model N is owned by Douglas Holcomb of Eau Claire,
WI.
Donovan
& Patricia Nelson, of Boscobel, WI, own this beautiful Waterloo Boy model N.
Rated at 16 drawbar and 15 belt horsepower, this tractor , built in 1920,
features chain and capstan steering.
Built
in 1926, this John Deere model D is owned by Don Slama, proprietor of Hillsboro
Equipment located in Hillsboro, WI.
Attending to Don Slama’s “D”, we
find “Sugar”. Sugar was the nickname of a mechanic for Hillsboro Implement, the
dealership that sold this tractor new and is today called Hillsboro Equipment.
This
1929 Ford Model A pickup was formerly used by the Colorado Implement Co.,
dealers of John Deere equipment. It belongs to Rusty Sutcliffe, of Arlington, WI.
The
lineup of John Deere corn shellers seen here is owned and restored by Terry
Dorshorst, of Poynette, WI.

This
display of John Deere toys was brought to our show by Wallace, Terry and Trent
Diske, of North Freedom, WI.

Owned
by Allen Farms, of Reedsburg, WI, this John Deere model GP was built in 1928.

Merlin
Fredrickson, of Taylor, WI, owns this John Deere model GP, built in 1929.
Marion
Reisetter, of Lime Ridge, WI, is all set to go to work with this 1930 John Deere
model GP equipped with a model 301 three row corn planter.

Dennis
Krueger is seen on the left, telling a visitor to our show about his John Deere
Model B, shipped new to Rockwell City, Iowa on October 19, 1936.

On
the left is a 1936 John Deere model BR, owned by Bob Breitrick, of Hortonville,
WI. In the center is a 1931 John Deere model GP, owned by Ron Knuth, of
Hortonville, WI. On the right is a 1938 John Deere model B, owned by Gary and
Luanne Knuth, also of Hortonville, WI.

Art, Jim & Joe Woodward, of Rio, WI, own
this John Deere model B, built in 1936.

This
1937 John Deere model A is owned by Dennis and Diane Krueger, of Berlin, WI.
Check out that umbrella, while not as comfortable as the air conditioned cabs on
the new tractors, it provided a little welcome shade from the hot summer sun.

Three
generations of the Hasheider family are seen here with this 1937 John Deere
model A. On the tractor, from left to right, we see Karli, Kimay, Kolton and Tye
Hasheider (owner). In front are Crystal and Paul Hasheider.

Ed
Tomasovich, of Ladysmith, WI, is shown here with his 1937 John Deere model B. It
looks like Ed is ready to do a little cultivating, but if the corn is so small
that you need the shields in August, he should spend the money on beer instead
of gas!

Dan
Schwartzel, of Sparta, WI is the owner of this unique John Deere model BN, built
in 1937. The BN was a special narrow version of the model B and this one sports
a single front wheel.

This
John Deere model G was built in 1937 and is owned by Wilbur Schwartzel, of
Sparta, WI.

Terry
Dorshorst, of Poynette, WI, is the owner of this John Deere hay press built in
1938 and powered by a 3 hp John Deere type E gas engine.
